Draftman cum Junior Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, and project managers. Your drawings will be used in the construction and interior design of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project specifications and guidelines.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes or feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of drafts and project files.
• Assist in developing project documentation, including reports and technical specifications.
• Support the design team with visualization and conceptual designs when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role in architecture, construction, or interior design.
• Ability to provide 3D and 2D drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drawing and design skills.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
