Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Salesforce Development & Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and Salesforce + iCertis sales, contract management and support solutions to meet Allianz Australia multi-divisional needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce + iCertis sales, contract management and support solutions according to business requirements.

2. Design and implement Account Profiles, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Schemes and Customisations, Reports, SOQL, Email, SMS, NPS, BulkLibrary, Conga, iCertis, Authorisation Forms, API and Batch Jobs, Call Plans, Broker Attestation, Authorised Representative etc.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical expertise in designing efficient and effective solutions.

4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Account Profiles, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Schemes and Customisations, Reports, SOQL, Email, SMS, NPS, BulkLibrary, Conga, iCertis, Authorisation Forms, API and Batch Jobs, Call Plans, Broker Attestation, Authorised Representative implementations.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce + iCertis data and business workflows, applications and integration with other systems.

6. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce + iCertis solutions.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce + iCertis technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience in developing and supporting Salesforce + iCertis solutions.

3. Strong understanding of document capture concepts and technologies.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Salesforce Apex, Python and Java.

5. Working knowledge with databases and SQL queries.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Salesforce / iCertis admin and development certifications.

2. Experience in the insurance domain.

3. Working Knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as SharePoint, Jira and Confluence.

4. Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace or App Dynamics.

5. Experience with web services integration and API development.
