  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate needs to understand Singapore accounting & tax system. This role is predominantly remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the requirement to be onsite 1-2 times per month for team meetings and project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Finance Duties:

  • Invoice Processing and Payment Processing
  • Setting up GST account in Singapore
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Oversee stock inventories with the 3rd party , ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.
  • Complete accounting entries, including compiling Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and balance sheets.
  • Prepare Financial Year End (FYE) statements, including cash flow statements.
  • Assist in registering for Goods and Services Tax (GST) and file quarterly returns to the government.
  • Proficient in using Xero accounting software or other professional accounting software for various accounting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiar with Singapore GST and accounting system.
  • Proven experience in handling end to end accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in preparing financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Xero/Other accounting software
  • A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
