Marketing And Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing & PR strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and sometimes create content for our social media channels (Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Behance, etc.), including posts, stories, and short videos.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around our brand.
• Stay up-to-date with social media & PR trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new ideas to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing is a plus (1-2 years), preferably within the creative or design industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative flair.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the global market and cultural nuances that impact social media engagement.
