Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and help grow the Mangosteen brand. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with internal and external teams. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a social enterprise while honing their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies that align with the brand's values and mission.
  • Coordinate with external agencies such as PR and social media agencies, creative teams, and content creators.
  • Schedule and manage postings across the brand’s social media platforms.
  • Maintain the team’s marketing calendar to ensure campaigns and initiatives are aligned and on track.
  • Manage the brand’s social media platforms, including community engagement, responding to inquiries, and growing the brand’s online presence.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives, including product listings and website promotions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Assist in planning and attending promotional events, product launches, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, taking on various tasks and adapting to different responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing social media content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to maintain a marketing calendar and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • A creative or writing background is a bonus, and experience in content creation or copywriting is highly valued.
