Job Description:
You will play an important role, such as:
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
- Conduct standard & customized product presentation
- Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
- Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
- Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
- Keep abreast of software & hardware technology.
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for this role:
- Degree in any engineering field.
- Preferrable have experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD systems
- Preferrable have skill in programming and IT related knowledge such as troubleshoot skill
- Proficiency in English language.
