  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Responsibilities:

Monthly Closing / GL function

· Coordinate with team and complete MSR with meet the deadline given.

· Prepared and key in all the GL journal before doing MSR.

· Make sure meet monthly, quarterly and yearly report submission timeline.

· Intercompany transaction reconciliation.

· Prepare key account commission / incentive.

· Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting as per corporate requirement.

· Deal with auditor for yearly closing.

· Deal with Tax agent on yearly tax computation.

Costing

  • Review and make sure New Item Costing calculate correctly.
  • Review Costing revision every Jan / Apr / Jul / Oct.
  • Selling price revision every Feb / May / Aug / Nov.
  • Advise selling price to inter-co.
  • Checking revise price from supplier.

Job Requirement:

· Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of accounts working experience or,

· Degree with at least 2 years of accounting experience.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge of full set of accounts.

· Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage.
