Accounts Executive

Key Accountabilities:

01. Manage full set all types of account, banking and statutory matters.
02. Ensure debtor customer and creditor supplier database (maintenance, credit status, term).
03. Daily updated debtors collection bank in and issued official receipt.
04. Prepare weekly aging report to management, monthly statement of account to customer and sales.
05. Prepare creditor aging reconciliation and forecast supplier payment with management.
06. Ensuring cash flow fund is available for all the fixed and non fixed payment and cheque released.
07. Pass monthly journal voucher to accounting system (Interest, Salary, Accrual, Provision Account.)
08. Update Fixed Asset, depreciation, disposal, listing schedule.
09. Arrangement for the hire purchase inspection, licence and agreement renewals.
10. Monthly bank reconciliation (matching bank statement with accounting system record).
11. To get invoices and related documents signed and approved by appointed people.
12. Liaise with management office and the staff or other divisions to obtain information and documents.
13. Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
14. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, invoice).
15. Ensure all the data key into accounting system for closing management report.
16. Ensure all the compliance with accounting standards, company policies and SOP.
17. Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
18. Assist in month-end and year-end closing stock activities.
19. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
20. Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

01. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an accounting professional qualification.
02. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
03. Good communication skills and language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
04. Proficiency in SQL accounting software will be preferable for financial analysis and reporting.
05. Have working experience in manufacturing environment.
06. Experience of stock management.
07. Able to multi task and independently.
08. Able to accurately follow instructions is essential for this role.
09. Able to negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team work.
11. Strong organizational & time management skills.
