  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements :

  • Candidate possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Knowledge in quality standards related to Food Hygiene standards and HACCP systems and GMP together with basic knowledge of Halal certification.
  • Preferably Chinese Mandarin speaker to liaise with their vendors and clients.
  • Hunting and Farming Role.
  • Knowledgeable of surimi and surimi-based products is an added advantage
  • Experience of communicating to different levels (management to production floor) and dealing diplomatically with internal/external supplier and customers

Job Description :

  • Monitoring and coordinating the production of OEM business partner to ensure shipment schedule required by customer being met.
  • Performing regular quality audits at OEM manufacturing plants to ensure products produced is in accordance to quality specification and food safety regulation
  • Provide continuous technical support to OEM business partner in the area of product quality improvements as well as production / processes improvement.
  • Monitoring the inventory levels of OEM business partners particularly for main raw material and critical ingredients Assist OEM business partners in sourcing new ingredients and alternate suppliers when it is required. updating technical specification to customers
  • Checking customers’ LC and shipping documents from OEM partners to avoid any discrepancy charges before submitting to bank or customers.
  • Regular market survey to check on the product display and off-take and highlight to distributor if any discrepancy Assist finance department for tracking of payment to OEM business partner and payment from customer / bank. Managing and monitoring A&P funds for distributors and key accounts to the trade.
