An MNC Shared Services Company is currently hiring an Associate, Sales Operations Support to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
l Bachelors Degree in any related field.
l 1 to 2 years of working experience in shared service or customer service, within the insurance industry.
l Application from fresh graduate are welcomed.
l Support Sales Consultants in insurance product comparison, tracking promotions, and onboarding new products for committee approval. Organize product training for Sales team.
l Assist in the administration and processing of insurance policies. Ensure accurate and timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
l Work closely with the sales and policy operations team to streamline workflows and enhance coordination.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
l Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
l Able to communicate proficiently in both English and Chinese.
l Skilled in Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat.
