Senior Operations Manager (CNC/Machining)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations to plan, direct and control the initiatives and overall activities of the Operations.
• Accountable for the entire business operations in relation to customer continuity.Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for the key initiatives.
• Answerable to the business owner in term of business improvement.
• Monitor effectiveness of workflow improvements and develop or improvise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.
• Develop and implement Company’s strategies and business plans and manage the overall business operations of company including engineering, supply chain and other support enabling functions to strive for optimum business performance and financial contribution whilst enhancing manufacturing and operational excellence and delivering absolute customer satisfaction and people development in line with Group’s vision, mission and values.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end operations of various functional departments within Company to ensure “SMART” goals are accomplished and continuously challenge for stretch KPIs for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing with minimum 8-10 years relatable manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in CNC/Aerospace/Medical/Life Science/Machine Automation/ EMS /Semi-Con/E & E/Sheet Metal/Aluminum Extrusion/Plastic/Metal Stamping manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
• Result Oriented, Problem Solver, a Team leader.
