- Assist in the formulation of strategies, KPI and key action plans.
- Assist in budget, forecasting and planning process.
- Assist in analysis on the Gap between Policy, Budget and actual implementation by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Assist in development corporate data management and analysis function to support strategy planning and decision making.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategy and provide value-added analysis.
- Assist in corporate projects including drafting business proposal, reviewing financial modelling and analysis.
- Assist in preparing board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board.
- Assist in organizing Group and Management level meetings.
- Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Finance or other suitable qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Corporate Planning or Finance.
- Fluent in Japanese to effectively communicate and collaborate with our international team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Words and Power Point.
- A dynamic individual who is highly motivated and a good team player.
