Responsibilities:
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, performance management, talent management and others relevant programs to organization needs
- Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
- Develop process to correspond with the growing transformation needs of the Company
- Advise the development of strategy, policies, and define HR policies
- Attract, develop, and deploy employees to keep high level of employee motivation
- Competence development and performance management including training and coaching initiatives, activities, and programs.
- Manage industrial, employee relations to improve employee engagement
- Provide consultation on HR trends, competitive benchmarks, compliance/legislative initiatives etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in HR, Law, Business Management, or equivalent
- Min. 8 years experience in managing full spectrum of HR functions
- Experienced in change management to embrace a good corporate culture
- Self-confidence, diplomacy, flexibility and patience is a plus
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills especially on negotiation, analytical, problem solving and decision making
- The role will be either based at Shah Alam, Puchong or Subang Jaya area
