Responsibilities:

  • Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, performance management, talent management and others relevant programs to organization needs
  • Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
  • Develop process to correspond with the growing transformation needs of the Company
  • Advise the development of strategy, policies, and define HR policies
  • Attract, develop, and deploy employees to keep high level of employee motivation
  • Competence development and performance management including training and coaching initiatives, activities, and programs.
  • Manage industrial, employee relations to improve employee engagement
  • Provide consultation on HR trends, competitive benchmarks, compliance/legislative initiatives etc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in HR, Law, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Min. 8 years experience in managing full spectrum of HR functions
  • Experienced in change management to embrace a good corporate culture
  • Self-confidence, diplomacy, flexibility and patience is a plus
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills especially on negotiation, analytical, problem solving and decision making
  • The role will be either based at Shah Alam, Puchong or Subang Jaya area
