Our dedicated team of therapists uses ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis) for our programming and always supports parents and teachers with any questions regarding special needs children. Autism Talent provides supplementary classes for children with special needs. We strive to create positive change in Malaysia by providing affordable therapy for lower to middle-income families.

Role Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? Join us as a Behavioural Therapist cum Shadow Aide in Cheras. This full-time, on-site role involves:

• Assisting children with special needs in various settings.

• Developing and implementing behaviour interventions.

• Supporting teachers and parents.

• Collecting data for progress reports.

• Attending meetings with families and supervisors.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions can make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism.

• Knowledge and application of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) techniques.

• Ability to develop and implement behaviour plans and interventions.

• Experience with data collection and progress reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

• Certification in ABA or a related field is a plus.
