QA&QC cum Halal Executive

• Responsible for ensuring that all product operations comply with Halal Standards and Food Safety Standards
• Maintain quality assurance by establishing a quality control plan to ensure quality standardization of products including raw materials, in-processing, and final inspections
• Responsible for all document control and records
• Assist in monitoring and updating existing MeSTI, SOP, and QA programs, procedures, and document control programs
• Record and analyze statistical data and recommend modifications, or suggest new standards, methods, and procedures
• Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in compliance with MeSTI and SOPs
• Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance
• Assist with supply chain inspection, approval, and audit programs
• Collaborates with colleagues in Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality functions to continually improve capability and process efficiency
• Develop product labeling
• Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility complies with food safety requirements
• Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements
• Oversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation, and packaging solutions
• Implements and monitors procedures & standards of food quality
• Assist, preventive & rectify pest infestation prevention for all premises
• Other ad-hoc job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
