The Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting potential employers looking to hire mid-career professionals into ICT job roles through the Career Conversion Programme (CCP).

This role is vital for ensuring smooth documentation processes and assisting employers in designing effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans. As a Sales Admin, you will represent Lithan in liaising with employers, helping them comply with government requirements, and ensuring successful integration of CCP participants into their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Support: Assist employers in advising and submission of documents required for CCP enrolment, ensuring all necessary forms and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.
  • OJT Plan Drafting: Collaborate with employers to draft tailored 3-6 month On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans based on the skillsets required for the job role, ensuring compliance with CCP guidelines.
  • Programme Guidance: Educate and advise employers on the CCP process, benefits, and requirements, offering guidance to help them hire and train career shifters effectively.
  • Employer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for employers allocated to you throughout the CCP process, providing timely responses to queries and proactively following up on pending submissions.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain detailed records of CCP submissions, OJT plans, and employer interactions using Lithan's CRM system, ensuring all data is up to date.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Lithan’s programme management and sales teams to align employer needs with programme offerings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all submitted documents and training plans comply with CCP standards and government regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative support or sales coordination experience, preferably in an education, training, or government programme management environment. Strong project management experience is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
