The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by Manage & lead all programme and initiatives under Startups and SMEs
Responsibilities
- Design, strategies and execute both online and offline workshops, trainings and events for Selangor Accelerator Programme, SME digital transformation and startup community programmes
- Strategic planning and monitoring of program budget and spending
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to increase the success rates of portfolios companies and measurable outcomes
- Manage SAP startup portfolio, deal pipeline and all information relating to investment funnel (interview prospects, evaluate opportunities, facilitating negotiations with internal business units)
- Manage both internal and external stakeholder, investor and partners relations
- Liaise with group finance, legal, cosec, IT and operations to ensure smooth operations of all department
- Monitoring the performance of supported startups and SMEs and reporting on the impact of initiatives. This includes tracking KPIs, growth metrics, and economic contributions.
Skill / Attributes / Competencies
- Possess project management skill sets or work experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Notion and etc
- Experienced team leader
- Excellent interpersonal skill – able to engage with a diverse pool of people (e.g. business people, investors and startups)
- Superior multi-tasking skills – ability to manage multiple project, meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
- Experience in startups and SMEs ecosystem
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of related industries
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
