Post Producer

Our production company is seeking a Post-Producer to manage the post-production process for multiple video projects across Southeast Asia. The Post-Producer will be based in Malaysia but will work remotely to manage a team of editors in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Indonesia.

The Post-Producer will be responsible for roughly 20 projects per month. They will ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of post-production for multiple video projects per month, coordinating with the team of editors in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
• Ensure that the bandwidth of team members is balanced, and that all deadlines are met.
• Maintain quality control over the post-production process, ensuring that the final product meets the standards of the production team and clients.
• Communicate effectively with the producing team, ensuring that all project goals and expectations are understood and met.
• Facilitate communication between the producing team and the post-production team, ensuring that feedback is provided in a timely manner and that any issues are resolved quickly.
• Communicate with clients to ensure that their expectations are met and that they are satisfied with the final product.
• Be the bridge internally, and externally with clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Post-Producer or in a similar role in the film or video production industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations.
• Basic technical knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, sound design, visual effects, and color correction especially Davinci Resolve.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
