Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand performance and analyze consumer insights to refine brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials.
Product Development:
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to develop new products.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and align with brand values.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Organize promotional events and activities to enhance product visibility.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product training and marketing support.
- Develop sales tools and presentations to aid in product promotion.
- Monitor sales performance and gather feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on brand and product performance.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
