Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor brand performance and analyze consumer insights to refine brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials.

Product Development:

  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to develop new products.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and align with brand values.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Organize promotional events and activities to enhance product visibility.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide product training and marketing support.
  • Develop sales tools and presentations to aid in product promotion.
  • Monitor sales performance and gather feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on brand and product performance.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
