Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of work orders, adhering to the work schedule and scope of work.
• Prepare progress update reports on work orders, ensuring alignment with the project plan, technical specifications, and quality control standards.
• Manage material movement and workforce allocation to meet project timelines.
• Conduct final measurement processes with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Participate in pre-opening inspections and follow up on defect rectifications before and after project handover.
• Attend project review meetings upon completion of work orders to discuss project outcomes.
• Prepare final Bills of Quantities (BQ) and compile all relevant documentation for claims and payment processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
