Management Trainee

Responsibility:

• To learn and to familiar whole Site Operation Process such as site administration, maintenance, landscaping, cleanliness, burial, exhumation, tomb construction and service to ensure ethical management, satisfactory service and proper maintenance.
• Provide full guidance to our valued customers when visiting to site. Include guides customer for praying and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
• Assist and coordinate sales activities with agents and Marketing Department.
• Manpower planning and job analysis to meet requirement.
• Preparation of site report and budget and monitor site expenses against budget.
• Delegation of duties and monitor staff and workers welfare.
• Coordination of special functions such as sales promotions and special visitors to the site.
• Proposal for new operating procedures and guidelines.
• Implementation of approved operating procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure that approved procedure and guidelines are observed.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you time to time,

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferable with Management or relevant experience.
• Preferably with at least 1 years working experience.
• Good communication in Chinese dialects and bilingual language.
• Able to write & read in Mandarin and Bahasa.
• Willing to work independently and good in Public Relation.
• Willing to work on ground.
• Good Interpersonal skill.
