  • Important Responsibilities and Duties
  • Customer Service: Greet customers entering the showroom, understand their needs and preferences, and provide knowledgeable assistance by introducing them to a variety of motorcycles, parts and accessories.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales process from greeting customers to closing the sale. Assist with paperwork, financing options and explain product features.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, organize showrooms, and ensure all motorcycles and accessories on display are in excellent condition. Assist in ordering new stock and managing inventory records.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest motorcycles, parts and accessories. Attend product training and participate in product demonstrations to improve product knowledge.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized and attractive. Organize displays to attract customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties, including answering telephones, managing client appointments, and handling documentation and sales transactions.
  • Customer Follow-up: Assists in following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate customer feedback to sales and management teams to improve products, services and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Further education or certification in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers.
  • Interest in motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle products and accessories.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Computer skills and sales software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
