Assistant Production Manager

Our Client:

We have recently partnered with US based MNC company that specialize chemical sector. The company is expanding their business in Malaysia and looking for an Assistant Production Manager to managed one of their factory.

Responsibility:

• The role is responsible overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process within our organization
• Will be responsible on development, performance and maintenance of the manufacturing production to produce smooth and efficient production and delivery solution, maximizing performance & profitability
• Develop production plans to meet demand forecasts, ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of the products
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the plant facilities to identify any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inefficiencies, and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
• Monitor and control the key process parameters of the production process to achieve consistent and high quality end products.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production activities for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packing materials and consumables, coordinating with the warehouse team for timely reordering.
• Work with maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Chemical) Engineering
• Posses 3 - 5 years of working experience in production
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Possess good working attitude, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
