With at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization, you have honed your interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills. Your assertiveness and proactive nature coupled with excellent influencing skills enable you to make sound decisions. You are comfortable engaging with employees at all levels and have strong project management skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required along with knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power point.

- Ensure fair labor practices are performed by unions and management
- Resolve IR issues effectively through negotiations and consensus building
- Manage all disciplinary & grievances procedures

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity and at least 3 years in a business partner capacity for a fast-paced organization
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
