Solution Architect – Modern Workplace & Mobility

Overview:

The Solution Architect designs and leads IT Infrastructure & Security solutions from ideation to completion, with a focus on Modern Workplace & Mobility. This role collaborates with IT Project Managers, vendors, partners, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Technical leadership in solution design and architecture is key.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity solutions.
• Design solutions for workplace modernization (Windows 10 to 11, device management, security baselines, MFA, OKTA).
• Ensure alignment of Azure AD, server, network, and security components with modern workplace goals.
• Create High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for implementation.
• Provide technical solutions and guidance during projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage technical risks.
• Implement identity, access management, and data security policies.
• Design disaster recovery plans and manage AD reporting and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in IT Infrastructure & Modern Workplace projects.
• Expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace tools (O365, Azure AD, Intune).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, Windows Server, and Azure Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in cloud migration projects.
