  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to the 2D Team Lead

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the visual storyteller behind our most exciting projects. Reporting to the 2D team lead, you’ll shape the look & feel of campaigns that will leave lasting impressions. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to develop compelling designs that resonate with our clients and their audiences. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Responsibilities

  • Visualize and craft stunning visuals for a variety of mediums and projects - from print, digital platforms to environmental graphics. From experiential activations, strategic events, to integrated marketing campaigns
  • Act as design guardian for clients’ brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standards
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and help them reach new creative heights
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts
  • Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence
  • Manage multiple projects with finesse, ensuring top notch quality and timely delivery

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of turning concepts into visual masterpieces, preferably in an experiential marketing agency
  • Proud owner of a portfolio that showcases your versatility and creativity
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent real-world experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp) and other relevant design software.
  • A visual problem solver who can adapt to challenges on the fly
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries
  • Excellent communicator who can articulate ideas to both creatives and clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
