  • Provide support for all accounting operation including account payable, account receivable and general ledger.
  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, government authorities and bankers to ensure timely submission for statutory accounts, tax matters and banking information.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments/reporting as and required by management.
  • Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and data.
  • Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports (such as balance sheet, income statement etc.) in a timely submission to management.
  • Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Assist with preparation of year end schedules and audits as needed.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Process general administration functions.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and analysis.
  • Sound knowledge and experience on accounting system
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in SQL & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating the needs of the management office/staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the executive team and support staff.
  • Proficient in Chinese (China Company).
