- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships

- Familiarity with the local IP landscape and industry trends is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- The ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus
