Our client is a global MNC in the IT and Telecommunication industries.

The ideal candidate has experience working with Customers in telecommunications and/or IT industry and is an excellent problem solver who is focused on providing excellent Customer Service. This role directly interfaces with Customers, Partners, and Service Providers, as well as company internal Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, and Support teams. Seeking a candidate with a strong Customer focus, attention to detail and planning, and ability to coordinate and lead multiple parties to achieve service delivery results and fast resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, serve as the customer point of contact and escalation point.

Supporting Managed Service administration and Service Operations in a range of support tasks.

Coordinate with various internal and external teams for usage calculation, submission and verification of Managed Service charges.

Order entry of managed service process from order to cash.

Periodically reporting on progress of managed services invoices gaps and define actions for correction.

Develop/enhance existing process.

Create and maintain comprehensive invoicing documentation.

Upload invoices to customer’s portal and coordinate on payment.

Perform additional administration and support tasks as needed and/or requested.

Requirements:

5 years’ experience in Sales Support & Administration, Customer Service Operations Support and Coordination.

Excellent MS Office skills, advanced Excel.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Superior communication skills in English (verbal and written, both internal and external to the organization).

Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to meet company expectations.

Experience cultivating and developing relationships with high value customers.

Experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.

Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.

High Adaptability in a fast growing and changing organization.
