  • Training Clients: Provide comprehensive training to clients on the Coohom platform, ensuring they understand how to utilize its full potential.
  • Managing Client Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Client Renewals: Drive renewals and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Design Services: Assist clients in creating stunning visualizations and designs using the Coohom platform, tailoring each project to meet specific requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to deliver a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new Coohom features to enhance client engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in client success or customer service in a technology or design environment.
  • Proficiency in the Coohom platform or similar design tools. (Sketchup, 3dsMax)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
