YOUR MISSION:

Support Store Development activities within the region including franchise store and company owned stores but not limited to:

  • Support & assist for incoming store projects including review fixtures and material placement to ensure accurate and timely orders placement follow up and shipment coordination with key fixture suppliers align with Global guidelines and principles.
  • Coordinate information on order status and delivery between fixture supplier(s) and the country, ensuring timely delivery or early warnings in case of project timing issues.
  • Ensure up-to-date information countries and distributors on store formats, fixture lists, price lists and order and delivery process.
  • Assist document process, PO creation, tendering process and comparison before proceeding for confirmation align with standard operational process.

Task 1: Project Management Support

  • Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and timelines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles.
  • Provide guidance and support to countries without Store Development functions to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process with realistic timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up.
  • Review and place fixture orders on behalf of countries to ensure accurate and timely orders, in line with design guidelines and capacity calculations.
  • Provide information and support when required to countries in order to ensure that fixtures can be maintained or repaired in accordance with the original design intent.
  • Provide monthly updates to senior management on the project pipeline as well existing stores.

Task 2: Coordination Strategy

  • Coordinate information on order status and delivery between fixture supplier(s) and the country, ensuring timely delivery or early warnings in case of project timing issues.
  • Align and coordinate with countries, distributors and the APAC Retail Analyst, ensuring that a project pipeline is updated weekly with regards to budgeted, incoming and pending store openings by country, store type and date.
  • Coordination with Landlord for submission process and permit /doc application.

Task 3: Store Concepts Guideline and Support

  • Ensure that all countries, including distributor countries, within the Region have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles.
  • Ensure that the ordering process for fixtures and other Store Development related products and services are documented and understood by the individual countries.
  • Provide up-to-date fixture ordering lists and price list at least twice per year – or more frequently in case of new store designs and/or changes to existing Operated PUMA stores, including Shop in shops, Free-standing stores and Full Price and Factory Outlet stores. Provide monthly updates to senior management on the project pipeline as well existing stores.
  • Ensure that all countries, including distributor countries, within the Region have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles.
  • Store /Site visit during constructive progress to ensure work is completing as per guideline and schedule.

Task 4: Procurement and Ordering Process

  • Ensure that doc in proper attachment and process for submission, tendering process, price comparison and specification before final ordering and confirmation.

YOUR TALENT:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or relevant studied

Professional: 2-3 years in similar role in project management from architect, design, or construction with focus on retail.

IT Skills: MS Office

Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus; Fluency in English a must

Competencies: Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving; Customer Focus; Structured and Organised; Independent, Self-motivated; Result-driven

Functional Skills: Project Management; Interior- and Store Design understanding; Construction understanding; Logistical skills
