Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and industries.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
- Nurture leads through communication and follow-up, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Build and manage a robust lead development pipeline.
- Utilize cold calling, networking, email marketing, and online research to prospect into organizations.
- Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) criteria.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date lead stages, interaction records, and generate reports.
- Engage with social media platforms for monitoring, outreach, and customer interaction (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proactively acquire knowledge of the company's products, markets, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotions to discover new opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly goals and sales targets.
Must Have:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, IT, or Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior roles; 5+ years for Senior roles, especially in lead generation or sales development.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with high energy levels.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships at various sales stages.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results consistently.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of ERP, EAM, or SCM solutions.
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Skills in both strategic and tactical thinking.
- Familiarity with new business development, lead generation, and sales techniques.
- Experience in handling objection and building rapport throughout the sales cycle.
