Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and industries.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Nurture leads through communication and follow-up, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and manage a robust lead development pipeline.
  • Utilize cold calling, networking, email marketing, and online research to prospect into organizations.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) criteria.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date lead stages, interaction records, and generate reports.
  • Engage with social media platforms for monitoring, outreach, and customer interaction (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proactively acquire knowledge of the company's products, markets, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotions to discover new opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and sales targets.

Must Have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, IT, or Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior roles; 5+ years for Senior roles, especially in lead generation or sales development.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with high energy levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships at various sales stages.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results consistently.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of ERP, EAM, or SCM solutions.
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Skills in both strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Familiarity with new business development, lead generation, and sales techniques.
  • Experience in handling objection and building rapport throughout the sales cycle.
