Jobscope:

  • Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain efficient collaboration channels between the regional user operation teams and country management and key teams, ensuring smooth information transfer and strategy alignment
  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the regional user operation team to support and oversee their work implementation at the country level. Regularly assess the execution status of country user product and operation teams to ensure that strategies and action plans are effectively implemented and achieve the anticipated results.
  • Localized Strategy Development: Work with the Commercial Team to develop user operation strategies tailored to local market needs, enhancing user experience and satisfaction. Promote and execute localized strategies and solutions on a country/or by region scale, ensuring they align closely with market dynamics and user needs.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze user data to make data-driven operational decisions. Identify bottlenecks and issues in the operation process, proposing improvement plans and optimization suggestions.
  • Leading Team and Team Management: Lead and guide the country user operation team, providing professional support and resources, enhancing overall team efficiency.
  • Homepage Operations: Liaise with internal stakeholders across markets, to introduce Homepage & Recommendation operation frameworks, understand & integrate local business strategies; and get a clear understanding on the opportunities of each market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in user operations or e-commerce business, preferably with work experience in multinational companies.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effective interaction with management and team members at different levels.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant analytical tools and software
  • Keen market insight and strategic planning abilities, able to quickly adjust operational plans based on market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, able to guide and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
