Role Description

This is a permanent role for a Senior Executive, Occupier & Business Space at Nawawi Tie located in Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang, KL. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing occupier services, business space solutions, and providing property advisory services.

  • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
  • Leasing of office space including lease negotiations with prospective tenants, client reporting/updating, review commercial terms, liaising with solicitors for tenancy agreements and tenancy coordination to full completion.
  • Perform survey and market research activities to assess demand, positioning and awareness.
  • Servicing of Occupiers and Prospects
  • Cold Calling
  • Perform ad-hoc-duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Persuasive Communication, Public Relation or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupier services and property advisory
  • Proficiency in property research and market analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
