As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering service and operations excellence. If you are a highly motivated and result-driven individual who is looking for new challenges in the education industry, then you have come to the right place!
What You'll Do:
- Follow up with all inquiries from phone calls, social media platforms, emails, etc.
- Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection.
- Respond to service challenges.
- Establish new leads/ follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives.
- Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives.
- Other ad-hoc work tasks/ projects as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 2-3 years inside sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a team environment.
- Ensures client service satisfaction and good client relationship through periodic calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-centric environment.
- Able to work with a minimal supervision.
- A pleasant and cheerful disposition.
