  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering service and operations excellence. If you are a highly motivated and result-driven individual who is looking for new challenges in the education industry, then you have come to the right place!

What You'll Do:

  • Follow up with all inquiries from phone calls, social media platforms, emails, etc.
  • Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection.
  • Respond to service challenges.
  • Establish new leads/ follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives.
  • Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives.
  • Other ad-hoc work tasks/ projects as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2-3 years inside sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a team environment.
  • Ensures client service satisfaction and good client relationship through periodic calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-centric environment.
  • Able to work with a minimal supervision.
  • A pleasant and cheerful disposition.
