  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Japanese Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing ideally within the tech startup space. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in Japan and Southeast Asia, particularly focusing on the marketing of our Octo, FinOps tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese and SEA markets.

• Identify and engage potential clients, nurturing relationships to convert leads into customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with product development.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote Octo.

• Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Japanese speaker with proficiency in English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing/sales, preferably within a tech startup environment.

• Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
