Commercial Executive, Centralized Planning (Base Maintenance Malaysia)

Roles:

Liaise with Commercial team (SIN) and is responsible for commercial matters between BMM and customers.

In charge of BMM staff attached to Centralized Planning (SIN). Oversee and coordinate Centralized Planning activities perform by EC team at SIN and ensure seamless handover to BMM Planning team at Subang.

Job Description:

1. Support Planning Manager in commercial matters between BMM, SIA group and 3rd party.
2. Liaise with Commercial team (SIN) with regard to commercial agreements with customers and work with Finance department to ensure customers settle invoices on time.
3. Co-ordinate with Scheduling (SIN) to see that all 4 BMM Operations Lines are booked with back to back maintenance checks.
4. In charge of BMM Centralized Planning activities carried out EC Quotation, Packaging and Standards teams.
5. In charge of BMM Planners attached to Centralized Planning and ensure planners successfully complete their respective trainings.
6. Ensure work pack, BOT listing and BOM spares planned by Centralized Planning (SIN) are seamlessly handed over to Subang Planners.
7. Cost analysis – manhours, materials, equipment utilization and impact on P&F.
