The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities ( Generalist) and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Lead a team of human resource staff and site admin officers.

Analyse, design, develop and manage any new implementation and enforcement strategy for enhancement and to help the company reduce costs, increase workplace accountability, and improve employee’ efficiency

Conduct new joiners and company orientation

Industrial Relations and Employee Relations

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefit - Develop and implement a system that will enable management to accurately identify, review and reward high performing staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
