Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment process across multiple markets within the North Pacific and Southeast Asia (NPACSEA) region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the assigned hiring domain expertise. The Specialist will partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Further, your responsibilities include:

  • Owning individual domain hiring expertise (Corporate and Commercial) and partnering with respective functional hiring managers for end-to-end recruitment needs.
  • Proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Implementing recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure excellent hiring manager and candidate experiences in line with FedEx's DE&I Principles.
  • Being the FedEx Purple Ambassador to drive our talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to become the employer of choice.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously enhancing recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Working hand in hand with North Pacific and Southeast Asia People Operations teams to support respective business units through strategic implementation of HR initiatives.

You will be a great fit if you have/are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Experience in regional volume-based or high complexity niche skills hiring would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technology (i.e Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), able to develop consultative partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with strong self-motivation and independence, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Logical way of thinking with a purpose-oriented approach.
