  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Managing the technology risk and compliance requirements for business continuity and secured business operation. Ensuring low exposure risk and high availability of company’s digital assets and services covering the workload, workforce and workplace assets.
  2. CloudOps and IT administrator responsible to provide internal IT and business support services for company’s website, email, cloud, network and endpoint assets.
  3. Supporting the L1 & L2 operation teams in technical support requests for CODE RED and MXDR.
  4. Assisting owner of e-Support IMS technology assets in the research and development activities. Managing the service onboarding and deployment activities, managed assets configuration management (CMDB), maintaining and updating the documentations in accordance to the 24x7 security operation requirements.
  5. Managing the overall IT operation expenditures by ensuring cost effective implementation of IT and cloud services.

Requirements

  1. Graduates with cyber security or computer forensics or of IT related courses
  2. Professional certificate in AWS, Cloud related field is an advantage
  3. High level of self discipline and positivity
  4. Excellent writing and spoken communication skills in English
  5. Commitment to deliver result
  6. High analytical and problem solving skills
  7. Meticulous and attention to details
