Summary
To assist on day-to-day operation activities and company management in terms of company petty cash, human resource, and administration.
Responsibilities
- To record and prepare billing and accounting tasks (e.g: Petty cash reimbursement — admin and operation project)
- To be in charge of administration task (office rental, bills, and others).
- To ensure all document related to operation and office administration are well kept and organize.
- To ensure office supplies in adequate for office usage.
- To generally assists HOD in the management of company's business when required.
- To assist HR management (staff attendance, claims, overtime and others).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in business management/logistics or equivalent.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Business communication skills.
- Computer literate.
