Summary

To assist on day-to-day operation activities and company management in terms of company petty cash, human resource, and administration.

Responsibilities

  1. To record and prepare billing and accounting tasks (e.g: Petty cash reimbursement — admin and operation project)
  2. To be in charge of administration task (office rental, bills, and others).
  3. To ensure all document related to operation and office administration are well kept and organize.
  4. To ensure office supplies in adequate for office usage.
  5. To generally assists HOD in the management of company's business when required.
  6. To assist HR management (staff attendance, claims, overtime and others).

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree/ diploma in business management/logistics or equivalent.
  2. Interpersonal skills.
  3. Business communication skills.
  4. Computer literate.
