- Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management -Report (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basic.
- Filling of updated, complete and accurate supplier quotation/price lists, and verify all the Purchase Orders & Petty cash claims with related supporting documents to ensure genuine & reasonable activities before proceed.
- Ensure all the creditors invoices are supported by approved genuine Purchase orders before submitted to superior for payments.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for audit, company secretary, banks, and government agencies.
- Provide technical guidance to subordinates in ensuring the accuracy of financial and accounting information.
- Manage company tax submissions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, listing rules and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll, statutory payments and human resources matters (employment contract, annual leave, sick leave)
- Review and advise the Management on the potential risk that may arise.
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/Higher Diploma, Finance/Accounting HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s), working experience in the above or related fields.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently.
- Experience in Construction / engineering services company will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, & Excel), etc.
