  • Liaise and work closely with senior accounts manager for monthly reporting
  • Ensure accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations are accurately recorded and prepared on time (for senior role)
  • Process financial data-entry and record updating
  • Prepare monthly payroll (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and the HR relevant matters)
  • Assist in day to day finance, operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage accounting, operations and administrative documents and filing
  • Prepare invoices, costings, quotations, purchase orders and other financial / operational related documents
  • Liaise and maintain good relation with supplier/sub-con, clients, bankers, auditors, etc.
  • Oversee daily financial and administrative ad-hoc task as required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management
  • 2-5 years of working experience in accounting & admin
  • Diploma (LCCI or equivalent)
  • Proficient in SQL accounting software (is an advantage)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess positive work attitude, good communication skill and able to multi task
  • EPF, Socso provided
