Job Description

• Branding: Understand Taobao brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Create and manage effective online and offline campaigns to increase brand recognition.

• Digital Marketing: Create, execute, optimize online marketing campaigns. Create campaign with clear measurements, leverage data to continuously improve results and increase conversions.

• Channel Development: Identify local media channels, building good relationships, and creatively planning and executing communication content across channels such as KOLs, local media, IG, FB, TikTok, SEO, SEM, DSP, etc.

• Customer Insights: Familiar with the needs of Cambodia users (where to go, what to see, where to eat, what to buy, common topics). Tracking market trends, responding to consumer feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and adjusting marketing strategies as needed.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders (PR, media, design, industry operations, business development, onsite operations, CRM, etc.) to enhance consumer experience and achieve overall goals for Cambodia market.

Job Requirement

1. More than 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, that includes digital buys, social, KOL management, data driven analysis of campaign performance.

2. Sensitive to the trends of Cambodia & SEA users, able to innovate based on consumer insights and put consumer service and experience first.

3. Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

4. Possess case-proven experience in effective consumer marketing activities, the ability to independently plan a series of activities, data analysis ability, and be able to draw consumer insight from massive data.

5. Passionate and creative – innovate from customer insights; ability to show continuous breakthrough in marketing strategy and tools and customer growth

6. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced working environments;

7. Fluent & good written communication in Mandarin & English is a bonus.
