As an Assistant Brand Manager at Dr. Oetker Nona Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth and market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing plans, thematic campaigns, and launch strategies for new product developments. Your efforts will aim to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and boost revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Brand Marketing Plan: Develop and execute brand marketing plans, thematic campaigns, and launch plans for new product developments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

· Brand Communication: Manage above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring high standards of communication and timely execution across multiple platforms in line with global brand guidelines.

· Performance Analysis: Analyze sales figures and financial data, recommend product pricing strategies, and assist in budget planning and reviews.

· Creative Briefs: Write insightful and compelling project and creative briefs, conduct consumer research, and identify market trends to develop strategies for growth opportunities.

· Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations with manufacturers, distributors, and agencies to ensure timely fulfillment and effective campaign execution.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

· Educational Background: Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Experience: At least 5 years of consumer brand marketing experience in a similar capacity within an MNC FMCG environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage category.

· Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with proven experience in a similar industry or role.

· Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Creative Thinking: Creative thinking, a can-do attitude, high problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt and learn.

· Project Management: Self-initiator, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, digital/social media marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
