My Client is an award-winning integrated marketing agency with vast experience in Social Media Management, Video Production, Event Planning, Branding and Live Streaming. They have helped clients such as AIA and Lee Kum Kee to launch new products and gain new market share.

Role Description

They want to expand their team and look for motivated members who are goals oriented to join their jolly family. This is a hybrid role, allowing some work from home.

Job Scope

· Formulate and implement detailed sales plans and market expansion strategies based on the company’s overall sales goals.

· Identify potential customers and conduct effective customer interactions and follow-ups.

· Analyse market trends and customer needs to support service and business decisions.

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

· Prepare for quotation and develop pricing strategy for sales contracts.

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

· Weekly reporting on Sales Leads, Follow-up, Tendering and Sales KPI.

· To perform all other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree holder

· Proven working experience as a business development manager or relevant role for at least 3 - 5 years.

· Proven sales track record

· Experience in Media or Advertising Sales is preferred

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Time management and planning skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese
