Salt Talent Search is looking for a Account Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role.
What Will you do:
Build and manage professional hosts partner relationships within assigned markets
Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply and identify potential supply partnership
opportunities in your assigned markets.
Respond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and
efficient manner, occasionally traveling to your market to provide in-person support and guidance
Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic
opportunities to grow and improve supply quality in assigned markets
What Do You Need:
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management and partnership
- Proven track record or exceeding product adoption/acquisition target in consecutive
- quarters
- Experience in running measurable scaled sales and operations programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- with clients via phone, email,video conference, and in-person
- Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data throughout
- your day-to-day work
- The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines
- Proven experience working cross-functionally
- Proficient in using CRM software - Salesforce experience is a plus
- Fluency in Chinese (mandarin) both written and verbal communication and Bahasa Melayu(a plus)
