JOB PURPOSE

To assist Head of Department in assessing and monitoring of compliance risk faced by MNRB Holdings Berhad and Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad and ensuring controls to manage compliance risk are adequate and operating as intended.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To update the Master Compliance Checklist based on the latest circulars, guidelines and announcement by authorities.
To assist in compliance review activities e.g. validation, assessment, gap analysis exercise and new initiative review.
To validate TAUAD AML screening activity and third party service provider as and when requested by other departments.
To complete Know Your Customer Form / Due Diligence Questionnaires received from business owners.
To review policy and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) as and when it is required.
To assist HOD on monitoring exercise e.g. regulatory submission and project related to the department.
To provide awareness and training to staff as per Training Plan.
To assist the HOD in administrative matters of the department (e.g. change of request)
To perform ad-hoc assignments and task as and when required by HOD.
