  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Learning and Development Manager

Job Description
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement L&D strategies that support business objectives and employee growth.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting employee engagement and participation in development activities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with departmental goals.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Resource Management: Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Communication: Enhance internal communication related to learning opportunities and promote a growth mindset across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in in house Learning and Development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using L&D technologies and tools.
