The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement role brings a minimum of 3 years' experience in change management and implementing improvement programs such as Lean, TPM, or SixSigma. Your production/operation experience will be highly valued. Your strong problem-solving skills will be essential in training others and resolving performance gaps.
