What You'll Do

As a Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement, you will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering business objectives using Focused Improvement cycles. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in providing training and resolving day-to-day performance gaps. You will lead the implementation of self-assessments, ensuring full compliance or developing clear action plans to close gaps. Your commitment to meeting challenging business targets will be demonstrated as you review practices, successes, and failures. Your leadership skills will shine as you develop implementation approaches and ensure plans are met according to deadlines.

  • Support and own the delivery of business objectives using Focused Improvement cycles
  • Ensure highest quality in line with group & local standards
  • Provide training and resolve day-to-day performance gaps using problem-solving methodologies
  • Lead implementation and ensure full compliance or clear action plan to close gaps of self-assessments
  • Actively contribute to the development of site strategy
  • Review practices, successes & failures to meet challenging business targets
  • Lead the development of the implementation approach
  • Ensure implementation plans are met according to deadlines, removing any roadblocks and escalating when needed

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement role brings a minimum of 3 years' experience in change management and implementing improvement programs such as Lean, TPM, or SixSigma. Your production/operation experience will be highly valued. Your strong problem-solving skills will be essential in training others and resolving performance gaps. Your experience with self-assessments and compliance measures will be crucial in this role. Your ability to contribute to site strategy development will be highly appreciated. Your track record of reviewing practices and meeting business targets demonstrates your commitment to excellence.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and implementing improvement programs (Lean, TPM, SixSigma)
  • Production/Operation experience is an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train others and resolve performance gaps
